I had an amazing experience with Steven. He is welcoming and supportive. I went to three other lawyer offices, prior to finding Steven’s. I felt like the other lawyers were full of themselves or dismissive to my questions. Steven took the time to explain everything that was going on when I was in a very vulnerable state of mind. He was also very knowledgeable in the area of my case. Steven was on time and kept me informed throughout my dealings with him. I am grateful that there is a lawyer in my area that is as knowledgeable and trustworthy as him. I would only recommend his practice for anyone in the Brevard County area. Thanks Steven!

So where do I begin… This guy is a miracle worker!! He pulled a rabbit out of a hat!! He worked hard on performing a miracle, which I never thought our outcome would have been as good as it was! He worked very hard on my boyfriend’s case, and I couldn’t express how truly amazed and impressed I am! He didn’t make any profit on us as complications had arisen, but he still stayed dedicated and put his all into our case! Words can’t describe how happy we are with the outcome. This attorney is definitely your go-to for a DUI case; he knows all the laws inside and out and the man seems to come up on top each time. We appreciate everything he has done and is continuing to do to help us. Please, if you’re ever in trouble, don’t second-guess this guy. I have been a paralegal for over 30 years in several states and, as such, have encountered hundreds of attorneys and support staff. Mr. Casanova and his staff are top notch. I was helping a friend get some information and my call was answered quickly and professionally. I gave the relevant details and Mr. Casanova returned my call within the hour. He addressed my questions thoroughly and candidly, and never did I feel as if he were trying to get me off the phone and on to the next person. I came to know of him as opposing counsel in several cases handled by my prior office and he stood out to me as competent, thorough, and articulate. So much so that when I was approached by a friend to get some information, I immediately thought of Mr. Casanova. I have dealt with a lot of law firms and attorneys during the course of my professional experience and know a good one when I see one. I rarely write reviews. But this was a necessary exception. I would like to give a huge thank you to Steven Casanova. He represented me in a serious civil matter that could have had (at the very least) short-term significant, life-altering consequences. Thanks to Steve's knowledge, confidence, and experience, I emerged from this situation with a very positive resolution. From the inception of the case, Steve showed a remarkable comprehension of the case's complexities, as well as exhibited the skillfulness to translate complicated nuances pertaining to the kind of case it was and action plans in terms of dealing with them, and subsequently, solutions to get the case resolved. In speaking with Steve during my case since its beginning, I could tell that things were predictable from Steve's point of view. He had a sound understanding of what would occur next and ultimately what to expect during the case. He knew what would occur and what was not going to occur. What really stood out was Steve's style of communication. He was receptive and addressed my questions in a very empathetic way. I chose this law firm purely on my own experience of witnessing Mr. Casanova's vibe in the courtroom. I am actually a bit late in writing this review for Surfer Law. I find it oddly difficult to write, in fear it does not give this team enough credit. My gratitude goes beyond much further than this review. I remembered seeing Steven work the courtroom in the past. So years later when the time came and I needed help, I searched through 'Brevard County Lawyers' until I found his photo. The very first phone call to their office put me at ease and reassured me of my choice. The second Steven walks into court, the energy changes. I am a little over 1 year late in posting this review, and in the past year, I have had occasion, more times than I can count, to silently say a prayer of thanks for the work Mr. Casanova did to help my dad during the summer of 2021. My dad was born in the 1930s and has lived through some challenges, but trouble with the law was never one of them before. Mr. Casanova helped guide us through a very scary time, from giving us advice on moving to a safer hotel, to navigating the legal system, to getting my parents safely back in their own home together. I saw my dad headed for a life-altering disaster, and Mr. Casanova turned that around and landed everything safely. And on top of that, he did it with kindness, piles and piles of patience, and honest compassion. Mr. Casanova is not just a good lawyer, he is a very deeply good person. This is a man who heals broken situations and delivers people back to safety so they can get on with their lives... the man who puts the train back on the right track, over and over again, one case at a time. The world needs more people like this. Melbourne & the Melbourne Beach area are lucky to have him right there, quietly saving the future for so many.

Steven Casanova did a fantastic job for me. I had a momentary lapse of reason that resulted in two felony charges for assault on law enforcement officers. I called Steven and began explaining my charges. He told me the charges were bad, but we had options. We made plans to meet, the same day, to begin work. We met, made our plan, and he went to work. I arrived at my first and only court appearance. The man somehow worked a miracle as I never have been an angel. Steven convinced the State to reduce the felonies to two misdemeanors, and I walked/floated out of that courtroom ecstatic. Furthermore, he stayed with me throughout my probation period and even successfully lobbied for early termination. The whole ordeal lasted a mere seven months with only one court appearance. His staff was attentive and informative, and Steven never failed to return my calls. Attorneys are plentiful and eager to take on a case; however, great attorneys are hard to find, and Steven J. Casanova is a great one.

Steve was amazing from the first call to the last! I received two felony charges, one being very significant. I called the top 3 lawyers in the area; Steve was my last call and I knew he was my guy. He wasn’t the cheapest, but worth more than I paid. He got my biggest felony dropped to a misdemeanor and the second charge dropped, with no probation to serve. I also have a prior record, including one felony from over 8 years ago. If you want the best, look no further.
