The Justice System in Brevard County
This county has centralized a lot of the county and circuit courts in Viera. The courthouses try the majority of the felonies, misdemeanors, traffic and domestic violations in the area. There is also a courthouse in Titusville that provides the venue for circuit and county cases that arise in the north part of the county. The courthouse that is based in Melbourne is the venue for all county cases that arise in the southern portion.
