Grow House Dismantled on Neff Lake Road

A marijuana grow house was dismantled by undercover deputies at 4375 Neff Lake Road on Thursday December 4, 2008. Police say that a shed on the eastern side of the property contained 43 marijuana plants, 83 grams of processed marijuana, and 132 grams of discarded stems and roots outside. This was according to the arrest affidavit. Robert Niederbrack’s home was searched by police and during the search revealed 126.7 grams of marijuana, rolling papers, plastic bags, a scale and a .22 caliber rifle. All of this was found in the master bedroom closet. He was arrested on charges of cultivation of marijuana, possession of a structure to manufacture marijuana, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, meter tampering, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Eugenie Dexter, a 63 year old woman who lives with Niederbrack, was given a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Niederbrack told the officers that arrested him that Dexter was never allowed in the shed and that she “knew nothing about nothing, if you know what I mean.” Upon his arrest, police searched Niederbrack and found a key to the shed in his pocket, leading them to the bust and dismantling of the grow house.
